If you are experiencing a problem with a CODEX product then we recommend sending us an issue report file by following these steps:
  1. On your Mac open System Settings > Codex and click the ‘Generate Issue Report…’ button.
  2. Sign in or Register to allow uploading of files using this web support form.
  3. Describe the problem below and upload the issue report file.
Tips:
  • Please include the serials numbers of any affected CODEX hardware.
  • If the issue affects original camera material, please include camera roll name (e.g.  A_0001_R01D) or names of affected clips.
  • Include a time and date for when the issue occurred.
  • Screenshots demonstrating the issue may be helpful.
Please note that uploaded files cannot currently exceed a file size of 5GB. Files larger than this will present an error on attempted upload.
